This place is seriously amazing! The location is insane, right by Ponte Vecchio, so you're close to everything but still get some peace and quiet. The apartment was spotless and the host was super helpful and patient. We loved the secure code entry, so convenient. The apartment itself was so well laid out and had everything we needed. The kitchen was small but had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The two air conditioners were a lifesaver, and the two balconies were a nice touch. The bed was super comfy and there were outlets by the night tables, so convenient. Can't recommend this place enough, it exceeded our expectations.

The location is amazing, right next to the Ponte Vecchio and all the tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the street. The apartment has two air-conditioners, which is essential in the summer. The living room is spacious with large windows, and there is a well-equipped kitchen/dining area.
Felt at ease, no complaints at all.

We had a smooth check-in process, with Lorenzo personally greeting us and showing us to our apartment. The apartment was spacious, well-stocked, and offered great value for the price. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major tourist attractions. We also appreciated the two air-conditioners in the apartment, which kept us cool during the hot summer days. The nearby supermarket made it convenient for us to buy groceries and the variety of restaurants in the area gave us lots of dining options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Florence.

I stayed at Modarno Exclusive for a short time and it was perfect for my needs. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a convenient code entry system. The host was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. The location was fantastic, right next to Ponte Vecchio, with easy access to all the historic sites. There was also a nearby supermarket for grocery needs.
Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, right in the center of the city. Close proximity to major attractions such as Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, and Galileo Museum. Impeccably clean and cozy living space. Thoughtful and functional furnishings, including a comfortable king-size bed and well-equipped kitchen
